Today I started adding my finished assets into UDK4, I had to first Export my selection and then build a terrain in UDK4 using the terrain tools set out.

Here are the terrain tools, they were simple to pick up and I made sure to watch a tutorial on how to use the terrain tools. I also used a customized material for the terrain grass as I believe the grass material that came with UDK4 was too realistic for the Cartoon style I have gone with, making a custom material was easy, and the hardest part was finding a material I liked!

I also added foliage from UDK4 just to help fill out my map a little more because it felt empty. After showing my peers they recommended adding invisible walls which I will be doing next week.

Here you can see what I have currently added into UDK4.

next week I will be adding invisible walls to my map.
