Today I tweaked the small errors my tutor Jake pointed out with my models last week and then I started to texture, I have done most of my textures in Mud box with the painting tools in order to get the cartoon effect I am trying to create. My house however had a few errors and so I couldn’t texture than in mud box, so I made a UV map and textured that in Photoshop instead.

Here you can see my texture created In Photoshop, I had to automatic map this, and check to make sure I didn’t need to sew ( which wasn't the case for this particular one)

And here you can see my painting a texture on in Mud box where I was using stamps in order to create a textured effect. I made sure to stick to a mainly brown and green colour pallet due to the environment being a forest. I made sure to check with my peers with the textures which they said was detailed and fit my brief and design I was going in, therefore next week I will be moving onto placing this into UDK4
